Friday June 29th: Williams Cellars cider pairing lunch 12:00

$65 per person all-inclusive, limited to 50 guests

Amuse Bouche: Mint Cured salmon cucmber and corriander - Colorado Peach Cider

First Course: Local mixed greens with organic chicked salad, mango, brie, avocado, marcona almonds, heirloom tomatoes - Pinot Grigio wine Cider

Second Course: Spring onion risotto with happy hogs farm crispy pork belly, duck cracklings, valdeon blue cheese - Cider Makers Reserve

Dessert: Rhubarb bread pudding with sweet goat yoghurt, chokecherry dust

Saturday June 30th: Zinke Wines, wine dinner 6:30

$130 per person all-inclusive, limited to 60 guests

First Course: Warm goat cheese salad with local organic greens, heirloom tomatoes, Spanish marcona almonds, figs, arbequiña olive oil, sherry wine vinaigrette - 2018 Sauvignon Blanc, Coquelicot Vineyard, certified organically grown

Second Course: Pan seared monkfish with saffron vanilla beure blanc, Mallorcan tumbet ratatouille, black lentils - 2016 Blanca, Rhone white blend, Santa Barbara Country

Third Course: Happy hogs Farm boneless pork chop with local oyster mushrooms, haricot verts, certified organic grown - 2015 Syrah, Kismey vinyeard, certified organically grown

Dessert: Paonia cherry and peach cobbler with crème fraiche, chokecherry dust - 2018 Rose of grenache
